| ANM. School was started in the year 2006. as the Centenary Memorial of the starting of our Mission in India. The main goal was to educate & empower young from low socio economic strata & to boost the grass root level health manpower in collaboration with the Govt. sector& to improve the health status of the rural India. |
| ACHIEVEMENTS & OPPERTUNITIES: |
| Over the past 15 years we have worked very hard to make this pioneer Nursing School in Chamarajanagar District one of the finest & most effective educational Institution. To date 380 Young girls have graduated from here over the last decade & created countless success stories in the field of nursing. Nursing gives a very good avenue for job opportunities both within the country & abroad. Parents in this rural village appreciate the progress they observe in their daughters. The girls come from vernacular medium schools. As a result of good English coaching & further supportive follow up the students develop proficiency in English & fair well in finding job opportunities & seeking admission for higher studies. |
| We are proud that the institution has succeeded to motivate young rural girls for job oriented training programmes. Since the people have seen a tangible change in the candidates who have been trained here progressively more & more local students are coming to take up Nursing. The local admission for Nursing has gone up from the first batch 20% to present batch 90%. |
| The scope of Government. Employment facilities are better for A N M. Graduate nurses than GNM. 100% of our first batch of ANM Graduates has been absorbed for Govt. job. The second batch is on the process of selection for Govt. placement. |
| Result |
| Until 4 years back we had to our credit 100% pass. Of as local admissions increased we started to take low merit students we face few failures despite giving one to one attention to low caliber students. To quote latest result available, Interns 100% pass, 3rd year students 99% pass, 2nd yrar. 99 % pass & 1st years 97 % pass. |
